Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, limited drops and peak periods, processing times may vary.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation and tracking details where available.

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. FORUM 32 cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been processed or dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At FORUM 32, every piece is considered with care, from design to delivery.
All sales are final. At present, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or personal preference.
However, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can assist in accordance with applicable consumer law.
